# Lendtrain Agent API Lendtrain is a mortgage broker operated by Atlantic Home Mortgage, LLC dba Lendtrain. NMLS #1844873. Equal Housing Opportunity. ## Public API scope Use the structured quote API for current refinance estimates. Use OpenAI Luna chat to collect missing scenario details. The server renders quote figures from validated pricing results. Estimates are not approvals, commitments to lend, or rate locks. Supported states: AL, FL, GA, KY, NC, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT. Supported results: Conventional and VA with explicit borrower eligibility and funding fee status. Lendtrain does not offer FHA products. VA rate-and-term pricing from a non-VA or unknown current loan needs loan officer review. Positive points are borrower fees. Negative points are lender credits toward closing costs. Display APR with equal prominence to the rate. Preserve pricing timestamps, assumptions, and disclosures. Savings need complete current-loan comparison inputs. Cash-out quotes omit savings verdicts. The public APIs accept JSON text. They do not accept statement uploads, submit applications, pull credit, lock rates, or send messages. They return a secure application link for the borrower to complete. Do not send Social Security numbers, dates of birth, bank accounts, or passwords. Public HTTP clients should follow https://www.lendtrain.com/AGENTS.md and https://www.lendtrain.com/openapi.json. ### Public APIs for AI Agents POST https://www.lendtrain.com/api/agents/quote returns structured JSON estimates. POST https://www.lendtrain.com/api/chat provides conversation through OpenAI Luna. Set stream:false for a JSON answer with structured quotes. Otherwise read SSE until data: [DONE]. An error event means failure even on HTTP 200. Ignore colon-prefixed heartbeat comments. FHA is not offered. VA requires explicit eligibility confirmation and funding fee status. Positive points are borrower costs. Negative points are credits toward closing costs, not cash proceeds. These APIs return an application link. The borrower must complete the secure application. They do not submit applications, pull credit, lock rates, or send emails. These are custom HTTP endpoints, not A2A task methods or a public MCP transport.
